This course will provide the mother/couple with the information necessary to prepare for the upcoming labor and delivery process. Third trimester physiological changes, labor terminology, stages and phases of labor, relaxation techiniques, medical intervention, postpartum care will be discussed. (Approx length: 6hrs )
Please bring pillow and mat (if desired).
