Your Pregnancy and Beyond, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Cash and checks can be accepted for pump rentals.
6% sales tax will be applied to orders billed to Maryland addresses. According to Maryland Law, items related to or assisting with breastfeeding are tax free (e.g. breast pumps!)
All orders will be processed within 48-72 hours or receipt. Orders primarily will be shipped via Fed Ex ground. However, we reserve the right to use the shipper of our choice. You may request to have overnight or 2-day delivery for an additional fee. Some of our items are drop shipped and will be shipped in different packages directly from the manufacturer. Please allow additional time for drop shipped merchandise.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
For local customers who would like to receive their purchases sooner can arrange for pick up. Use shipping option ‘will call’. All purchases must be made on the site prior to picking up order. Customer will receive an email stating time frame in which items can be picked up. If customer needs item urgently, she/he may call us at 443-445-2029 to arrange expedited pick up. Customers MUST call in advance to pick up items on site. Pick up location is a private residence and I ask that you respect it as such. If any drop shipped items are selected, customer will be notified and shipping charge will be applied those items.
Your Pregnancy and Beyond, LLC strives to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return and/or exchange items. If you are not happy with your items when you receive them you may return them within 10 business days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges).
Customers must receive authorization to return orders. Please fill out the following form to alert us of your wish to return item(s). Orders returned without authorizaiton will not be refunded. Once the request for return is approved, we will send a return label via email. Once product is received, we will issue the return minus all shipping fees. Due to the nature of the items sold, items must be returned unopened and unused. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 business days to process all returns.
* If the return is a result of our error, you will not be charged return shipping fee.
